Rotational moulding is an extremely versatile and cost-effective moulding process and Duys Rotomoulders is able to offer products in all shapes and sizes (from 5 litres to 15000 litres) in a choice of materials ranging from highly sophisticated engineering materials to the more common resin plastisols and polyethylenes.

Linear polyethylene is our most commonly used material and is ideal for most applications where toughness and chemical resistance are required. In addition, it is fully UV-stabilised for long outdoor life and has US FDA approval for use with foodstuffs.

Pipe Lining

Duys Rotomoulders recently entered the pipe lining sector, an exciting new arena for the rotomoulding industry brought about by advancements in materials technology. These innovations facilitate the permanent bonding of synthetic liners to the inside of steel pipes, thereby eliminating the common problems of corrosion, porous welds and welding high spots, which are vulnerable to abrasion.

The Enviro Choo Choo has been designed for children between the ages of 4 and 12. It is easy to install and maintain, and it is ideal for Nurseries, Creches, playgrounds, homes, churches and anywhere else where children can play. It is strong and environmentally friendly as it is made of Polyethelene.
